Somerset Collegiate Students Admitted into ECHS Cohort 4

SOMERSET COLLEGIATE STUDENTS ACCEPTED INTO EARLY COLLEGE HIGH SCHOOL PROGRAM

SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS- Somerset Academy Collegiate is pleased to announce that a cohort of 21 students has been accepted into the Early College High School program, a partnership between Somerset Academy Collegiate and San Antonio College. Congratulations to our Cohort Four Students for their Acceptance to the Early College High School Program:

The Early College High School program is designed to provide an opportunity for students to earn both a high school diploma and either an associate degree or at least 60 credit hours towards a baccalaureate degree. This is made possible by offering dual credit courses at no cost to students, providing rigorous instruction and accelerated courses, and offering academic and social support services to help students succeed.

Somerset Academy Collegiate is proud to be part of this innovative partnership with San Antonio College, which helps reduce barriers to college access for our students. The ECHS Blueprint provides foundational principles and standards for innovative partnerships with colleges and universities, and the six benchmarks outlining the design elements that each ECHS campus must implement before serving students.

The cohort of students have worked exceptionally hard to earn their acceptance into this program, and we are confident that they will continue to thrive academically and socially with the highly personalized attention and support they will receive. Somerset Academy Collegiate congratulates the cohort four students on this impressive achievement and wishes them all the best as they embark on this exciting journey towards their academic and professional success.
